If you have a question and you think we might be able to help, we want you to reach out. Send us an email, and if it’s really simple, we’ll email you back the answer for free. 

If it’s a bit more complex or we need more details than what was in your initial email, we’ll schedule a call and chat about it with you.  If we know the answer, we’ll just tell you the answer for free.

If you are having licensing issues, we can check your history and see what you have and if you are in compliance for free.

Why would we do all this work for free?  Because we want to impress you.

We want you to see that we know what we are talking about. And when we don’t, we’ll let you know and try to refer you to the right place.

We won’t fake it.

If what you need goes way beyond what we can reasonably do for free, we’ll gather all the information we need from you to prepare a proposal.  That will include our plan of action and the associated costs.  You’ll be able to look over that and decide if you want to move forward or not.  But you’ll be in the driver’s seat.  We are here to make you better at your job.  We make our money off the billable hours in those projects and the margin we make on the software we sell you.  Our goal is always to have a bit left over in the kitty for you, so later on when you come back with another small issue or another quick question we can help you out with that without you having to go back to management and get permission to be billed, and without us having to nickel and dime you for every little thing.
