Darren Duke is the Technical Lead for Simplified Technology Solutions, Inc. His comprehensive understanding of hardware, software, and networking gives him a bird’s eye view of your business from an Information Technology perspective that few have today. He holds a Bachelor of Science (honors) in Software Engineering from the University of Teesside, UK.
Darren has a deep knowledge of IT security derived from his work with law enforcement, financial services clients and as an expert witness. He has been a respected expert in all things Domino since R3, hosting two podcasts and speaking at many industry conferences. And as a business owner himself, he can speak to the concerns of managed services clients with understanding and authority.

Lisa Duke is the Business Development Manager for Simplified Technology Solutions, Inc. Her primary responsibilities include sales and marketing for the firm. Lisa brings a background as a business analyst and many years served in the licensing wars to help you make sure your projects stay on track and your licensing is in compliance.
Lisa has been deeply involved in promoting MWLUG/CollabSphere, the premier North American conference for IBM Collaboration technologies. She is an accomplished speaker, podcaster, and entrepreneur.
