Simplified Technology Solutions, Inc (STS) has completed the 2008 customer satisfaction survey.
It is that time of year again when STS clients are asked to rate various aspects of the services STS provides. This year we had double the number of responses we had to the 2007 Customer Satisfaction Survey. Again, all at STS thank the customers who took the time to fill in the survey.
92% of the respondents said they were Highly Satisfied with their overall level of satisfaction with STS. A very impressive 84% responded that STS provides a Much Higher level of service, in comparison to other companies offering the same service.
"It is really exciting to see that the satisfaction ratings are holding at very high levels", said Lisa Duke, Business Development Manger at STS. "We have almost doubled the number of customers over the same period last year. Most organizations with that type of growth will pay for it with lower quality and service. This reinforces our core beliefs of Service, Knowledge and Education", continued Duke.
No responses were discounted from the survey. All answers were fully counted even if they were negative.
